The 3,459 square ft. home was built in 1939 and offers four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Rihanna — who is worth an estimated $600 million — has owned and rented an abundance of extravagant homes over the years that are worth a combined total of over $100 million, House Beautiful reported.
Last year, the "B*tch Better Have My Money" crooner rented an eight-bedroom London residence with a gym, movie theater, private elevator and more for $100,000 per month.
Over the summer, she paid $415,000 a month to rent a 6,140 square ft. estate in South Hampton — the same home Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian rented while filming 2014's Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons.
