On this week's episode of Kathy Griffin: Talk Your Head Off on YouTube, Griffin said, "My feelings are really hurt that I was not invited to go on Rosie’s week of the Jimmy Kimmel show," adding that she loves Kimmel and O'Donnell "so much" as they are some of her "oldest friends."
"Like I said, we’re good pals. We’re like sisters, and everybody knows sisters fight. Sisters and brothers fight. Best friends fight. Relatives, co-workers fight. And we’re not even fighting. I’m just being honest," she explained.

Griffin then said O'Donnell told her about being asked to do Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and she thought it was "fantastic."
She revealed, "I thought it was a great marketing idea. I thought it was a great idea to begin with. She and Jimmy had had many years of kind of a quasi-beef."
"I mean, it wasn’t serious, serious, but they’re good now, which makes me very, very happy. We talked about her doing Kimmel a lot. And one of the first things I said was, ‘Well, this doesn’t need to be said, but I would love to be a guest,’" Griffin continued.
O'Donnell's guest list while on the late-night show included Hannah Waddingham, Jean Smart, Charlie Day, Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally, and Sydney James Harcourt.

Griffin Also Talked About Being Canceled For Her Feud With the President

Kathy Griffin said her feud with Donald Trump got her 'fired from every job that I had coming up.'
She went on to talk about her and O'Donnell's respective feuds with President Donald Trump, which got her "fired from every job that I had coming up" and left her "going on for seven years without work," which was "really bad for my brain."
Griffin added that, with O'Donnell set to guest-host the show, her friends started calling her to ask, "Which night are you doing? Are you going to be a surprise? Are you guys doing a sketch or just a sit-down interview? Are you guys going to do a song together? It’s going to be great, the two of you together talking about this, of all things."
"And I admit I was kind of getting excited, like, yeah, this could be a really cool moment. Then that moment passed and kept passing," she continued.

Kathy Griffin said she will still watch and 'cheer' Rosie O'Donnell on every night.
Griffin also noted that she was told "specifically" that ABC, Kimmel, and the staff "had nothing to do with keeping me off the show," adding that "it's important to me to say that."
"I will watch every night and cheer her on. Of course. If I have one call to action, it’s that you guys watch the show and support her. Support comedy. Support women in comedy. Support bold people in comedy because we don’t get rewarded very much. We usually get fired," she added.
Griffin then concluded, "I am just here to tell you my feelings were hurt. That’s it. That’s as deep as it gets. I’m always honest with you guys, good, bad or indifferent, and this felt like one of the times I just had to kind of put it out there and see how you feel."
