Rumer Willis is seeking legal help to keep her ex's visits with their child under strict supervision.
According to the latest documents obtained by TMZ, Willis filed an emergency request asking a judge to keep her ex, Derek Richard Thomas, from visiting their 3-year-old daughter, Louetta, without supervision.
Per her claims, he has repeatedly violated custody orders and exercised dangerous judgment around their child.

Rumer Willis filed an emergency request for supervised visits between ex, Derek Richard Thomas, and their daughter, Louetta.
Per Willis' claims, Thomas' supervised visits began June 20.
He allegedly completed only five and a half visits due to disputes involving the nannies assigned to supervise his time with their daughter.
The filing says the court had approved a specific nanny, but she had to stop working due to health issues.
Willis claims that her ex not only refused to accept a replacement nanny on multiple occasions but, in one instance, even refused to allow a court-ordered supervisor into his home.
Rumer Willis claimed Derek Richard Thomas has repeatedly violated custody orders and exercised dangerous judgment around their child.
Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's 38-year-old daughter further claims that Derek and his attorney want him to have unsupervised time with Louetta after the original nanny became unavailable.
She argues that her ex’s alleged actions go against the court’s June 9 order requiring supervision during visits with their daughter.

Rumer Willis Slams Derek Richard Thomas With a Series of Allegations
Rumer Willis alleged that Derek Richard Thomas left the supervising nanny with Louetta at a Fourth of July parade.
Further in the filings, Rumer alleged that Derek left the supervising nanny with Louetta at a Fourth of July parade and later refused to allow her into the Airbnb where he was staying with the child.
Apparently, he rented a shared Airbnb with strangers while his daughter was with him and refused to let the supervising nanny inside, allegedly telling her to wait outside in extreme heat.
She further claimed that he attempted to have an unsupervised visit with Louetta on July 5 because this particular nanny was not specifically named in the court order.
Rumer Willis raised concerns about what she characterized as unsafe decisions regarding Louetta.
Rumer claimed that Thomas wanted to cross a five-lane highway with a 55-mph speed limit while accompanied by Louetta.
She also accused him of choosing to walk approximately two and a half miles in extreme heat rather than rent a car.
Given these allegations, she is asking the court to continue supervised visits until the court-ordered 730 evaluation is complete.
She also wants overnight visits stopped until a hearing.
The filings include statements from three nannies and messages that Rumer says show the alleged visitation disputes.
