After acquiring the property — once owned by Friends star Matthew Perry — in 2014 for about $3.6 million, the actress is ready to put it back on the market for an asking price of $4.5 million, Dirt reported.
Her 22nd-floor condo is located in L.A.’s Sierra Towers skyscraper, which reportedly earned itself a reputation for being the city's "strangest, sexiest" condo building.
Other residents reportedly include Adam Sandler, Kelly Osbourne, Courteney Cox and PJ Harvey — in addition to several billionaire business moguls. Meanwhile, Cher, Elton John, Lindsay Lohan and more A-listers also once called Sierra Towers their home, it was reported.
