Rose Family Reunion: 'Schitt's Creek' Cast Reunite At 2021 Emmy Awards
The Rose family had a reunion at the 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards.
Dan Levy, Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara and Annie Murphy from the Schitt's Creek cast posed together on the red carpet and later appeared onstage to present Outstanding Writing For A Comedy Series.
The Happiest Season actor donned an all-blue suit with black shoes on the red carpet and the elder Levy wore a tuxedo. Dan's onscreen sister wore a loose-fitting teal dress, while O'Hara wore a red outfit.
The onscreen family had the audience laughing during a teleprompter malfunction while presenting.
Dan pointed out that there was "nothing on the prompter" for them to read. "OK, they wouldn't be doing this on purpose, would they?" Eugene asked. "Why would anyone want to embarrass us on national television on purpose?" Dan replied.
The 38-year-old asked his father if he had something to do with the hiccup. "I didn't do anything," the American Pie alum quipped. "I may have passed the writers' room this morning and asked them to lift the dialogue a little bit."

The show has received 19 Emmy nominations in total and nine wins.
Meanwhile, we may see the Rose family reunite again in the future, as Dan has dropped hints about a potential Schitt's Creek movie.
He previously told E! News that he would love for there to be a Schitt's Creek film and made it clear he is not ruling it out: "I would just say generally I think you need to let the good things settle for a minute. Let people finish the show. Let people sort of take a breath."
His TV family also seems keen on the idea. "I mean, I’ve been sending Dan $5 a day in the mail as a bribe. So far, I have not heard back about a movie officially. But, oh, my God, I would be just over the moon if that ever came to pass because I miss everyone so much every day," Murphy, who currently stars in Kevin Can F**k Himself, told Us Weekly in May. "Just to see Moira [O'Hara] again, I would pay a lot of money to do that."
