CBD Blue Bird Cocktail
Considering this cocktail is named "Blue Bird," how could we not put a few fun facts about the bluebird in this post? Even if you're not an ornithologist, it couldn't hurt to share a few feathery factoids while sipping this drink with friends.
First off, did you know bluebirds almost went the way of the dodo? Indeed, in the 1970s, bluebirds were nearly wiped out after a few brutal winters. Luckily for bird lovers, Dr. Lawrence Zeleny helped inspire the USA to protect bluebirds with DIY nest boxes.
You could still put up a nest box to attract bluebirds on your property. If you're serious about "adopting" a few bluebirds, you should know they're huge fans of live mealworms. In fact, these birds could spot worms roughly 50 yards away.
Here's a final trivia question for you: What two states have the bluebird as their official bird? To keep you guessing, we won't reveal the answer till the next section.

Everyone loves a Blue Bird cocktail, but nobody likes getting "the blues." Thankfully, it seems CBD oil may offer some help for people who struggle with depression.
According to recent studies, CBD may stimulate crucial chemicals related to feelings of well-being. For instance, a few reports suggest CBD oil helps promote the "happy neurotransmitter" serotonin. CBD may also help increase the reuptake of the mood-boosting compound anandamide.
Fascinatingly, anandamide is technically a cannabinoid. While this compound isn't in the cannabis plant, it interacts with the endocannabinoid system like CBD or CBG. In addition to mood, anandamide seems to play a crucial role in other areas like sleep and appetite.
Hopefully, as scientists continue to study CBD's relationship with anandamide and serotonin, we'll better understand how to use hemp for mental health conditions.
FYI: The answer to the last section's question is Missouri and New York State.
