Throughout the most recent Star Wars trilogy, Ridley's character kept it simple when it came to makeup — since she was a little busy saving the galaxy — wearing an understated yet glowy look complete with a subtle nude lip, full, natural brows and flawless skin.

According to Amanda Knight, who served as head of the makeup department on Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the secret to Ridley's perfected complexion was the result of two notably soft and buildable products – Tom Ford's Traceless Foundation and By Terry Brightening's CC Lumi-Serum in the shade Sunny Flash. "It's very sheer, so it gives you a real sun-kissed look and the tiniest amount of contour," Knight told Allure of the combination back in 2015.
