Josh Sanders has been arrested again amidst his custody battle.
According to TMZ, he was taken into custody by Kannapolis PD and booked into the Cabarrus County Jail in North Carolina on Saturday.
This time, he was arrested over outstanding warrants tied to traffic violations and a charge alleging he obstructed or delayed a police officer.

This comes as The Voice runner-up is already busy in a contentious custody battle with his estranged wife, Kendra Sanders, over their three children, as per the outlet.
Josh has been married to Kendra since 2014, per his Instagram account. However, the two reportedly separated in January 2026 and are currently going through an ongoing divorce proceeding.
Josh Sanders is Embroiled in a Messy Legal Battle With His Estranged Wife
Josh Sanders has been involved in a messy custody battle with his ex-wife, Kendra Sanders, over their three children.
Josh and Kendra separated back in January, but their custody battle has been going on ever since.
As reported by TMZ, court documents showed Josh arguing that he should have custody of the children because his now-ex is trying to turn the kids against him and alleging that she is stopping him from co-parenting.
He also claimed that one of the kids said she wants to live with him.

Kendra Made a Number of Allegations Against Josh
Kendra Sanders made a series of allegations about Josh Sanders' behavior with his kids.
Kendra, however, made a series of accusations about his alleged behavior with their kids.
Per her claims, Josh is allegedly an "active alcoholic" who "drank away" his professional opportunities after coming in second on The Voice two years ago.
She also accused him of drunk driving with the kids in the car and alleged that he had been violent in front of them as well.
According to Kendra, Josh is only fit for supervised visitation, as she insists she should have primary custody because she can "provide a stable, loving, alcohol free home" for the kids.
Josh's Latest Arrest Adds to His Legal Troubles
Josh Sanders revealed he has been fighting for legal custody of his three children since his divorce with Kendra in January.
Although Josh finished second on The Voice season 25 two years ago and has continued pursuing his music career since then, as of this writing, he has still been engulfed in one too many legal troubles.
Before his latest arrest, he was also arrested in April for violating a domestic violence temporary restraining order, according to arrest records. Though it is unclear what the restraining order is about, Josh insists it was just regarding the custody dispute.
Meanwhile, the star himself filed a trespassing complaint against Kendra earlier this month.
