Spider Man star Tobey Maguire sold his West Hollywood, Calif., pad on January 8 through Brett Lawyer from Hilton & Hyland for $3.95 million.
He first purchased the estate in 2017 — one year after ending his nine-year marriage to Jennifer Meyer — for $3.375 million.
The Great Gatsby actor still owns three homes in Los Angeles, which is where he has most likely been residing with girlfriend Tatiana Dieteman. The lovebirds reportedly started dating in August 2018 and have since kept a low-key profile while spending time in California.
