Inside the Hollywood Palladium, where the event was held, Darren Criss and his Glee co-stars presented Jane Lynch with the Trevor Hero Award, which she won for empowering LGBTQ youth both in her personal life and her professional one.

During her acceptance speech, Jane quipped, "I would love this moment to be falsely modest and say that I am no hero. I would love to be able to say what I do is not extraordinary. But I can't. I deserve this freakin' award." Ha.

After Jane's acceptance speech, the Glee cast treated the audience to a live performance, where they were accompanied by a choir.
