The two main characters—Caleb and Miranda—end up spending their whole lives in foster care separately before meeting each other and becoming friends in that creepy town in Pennsylvania.
In the final episode of season 1 of CBS' Mom, 16-year-old Violet gives birth and makes the tough decision to give up her daughter to a couple who can't have kids of their own. It was a heartfelt and perfect ending to the season.
