Alanis Morrissette’s hundreds of thousands of followers on social media have come to love her positive, loving posts. But over the weekend, the singer shared a more solemn message following the death of her dog Leelee. Read on for the latest.
“Goodbye, angel Leelee. Our souls are one. Inconsolable. My girl. I love you,” Alanis captioned a photo of herself cradling the pup in her arms.
As her many followers know, the musician’s dogs—including Boogs and Circus—are a huge part of her life. She’s constantly showering them with love, so this was a major blow for her.
Just back in September, the 44-year-old posted this pic of her little canines. The caption read, “I love these three angels with every fiber of my soul. ??? #boogs#leelee#circus #rescue #sweetness#animalempath #silentcommunication ❤️❤️❤️”
