The 29-year-old showed off some intense cleavage (and a more refined look!) while leaving West Hollywood hotspot Craig’s on Nov. 30.
The fashion student wore a stylish zip-up tube dress that left little to the imagination, and looked as though it would drop at any moment!
But lucky for Amanda, she avoided a potentially very embarrassing moment and seemed happy as she strolled through paparazzi.

After a few tumultuous years and run-ins with the law, Bynes has since disappeared from the spotlight and is focusing on her education in Los Angeles at the Fashion Institude of Design & Merchandising.

“We are all so proud of her,” her lawyer told Page Six in October, “and we can't wait to see her amazing designs on the runway someday.”
People reported that Amanda is still under the temporary conservatorship of her parents after being treated in a psychiatric facility last year.
