Amanda Seyfried Opens Up For The First Time About Her Secret Wedding

Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again star Amanda Seyfried is sharing some tidbits for the first time about her wedding she had on the DL with her husband, Thomas Sadowski. Scroll down to hear more details about their relationship and its rocky start!
In an interview with the digital magazine, PorterEdit, Amanda dished that she and her husband met each other while they were both in other relationships. Thomas was still married to his wife, Kimberly Hope and Amanda was dating another man. But the couple waited until those relationships had ended to get together.
Amanda said that that she was nine months pregnant when they got married and that her delivery fears inspired the rushed timeline. "I really wanted to have rings on in the hospital, you know?" she explained. "And what if something goes wrong, and he’s not legally my husband?”
She also revealed that she didn't want a wedding reception. Instead, she went to brunch with her husband at Cheebo, a restaurant in LA.

The Mean Girls actress exclaimed that the dress wasn't important since she's always in a wedding dress for her movie roles. "I get married all the time. I was in a wedding dress last week!" Amanda bought a Free People dress for her ceremony and hurried through lots of the traditional parts of a wedding. "I never picked any f--king flowers!" she exclaimed in the interview.
The couple married in March 2017 in Topanga, California. Only a few days later, they welcomed a daughter. They've decided to keep her name private.
