Amber Portwood is using her platform on Teen Mom OG. The fan favorite reality star broke down in an emotional sneak peek over her mental illness.
In the sneak peek clip for Monday, July 8th's episode, the MTV ladies take a vacation together to Florida.
While having some girl time, the ladies got real with each other and the struggles they face.
"It started feeling like the walls were closing in on me," Amber said while in the car.

Later in the clip, Amber's co-star and close friend, Catelynn Lowell, said, "I know how it is with mental illness. Sometimes you have your good days, sometimes you have your bad days."
As it was reported, Amber was arrested on July 5th, 2019 on felony domestic battery charges. She has since been released.
