Amber Portwood is out of jail. The Teen Mom OG star was arrested on July 5th and bailed out just one day later.
A spokesperson for Marion County Jail in Indiana told RadarOnline.com that the 29-year-old was released on Saturday, July 6 at 4:30pm.
According to the site, her boyfriend and second baby daddy, Andrew Glennon, did not bail her out of jail.
A clerk for Marion County Court told the site that her initial hearing on July 8th has been moved to July 10. “The state asked for a continuance,” the spokesperson explained. “That is normal.”

According to Radar, the clerk also confirmed that she was released on a cash bond of $2,000 and a woman unrelated to Amber was the one to bail her out.
On Friday, July 5th, Amber was arrested after assaulting her boyfriend. A police spokesperson told Radar after the news broke, “Officers spoke to the male victim, who stated his live-in-girlfriend and he were having a disagreement. During which time the female, later identified as Amber Portwood, assaulted him, while he was holding their 1-year-old child.”
