"Andrew reading his baby book and me making sure little James is a healthy boy!! #LifeisBeautiful," the reality star captioned the photo.
The pregnant reality star is expecting her first child with her boyfriend.
She has one daughter, Leah, with her ex-fiancé, Gary Shirley.
