Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley's rocky relationship has played out over the years on the MTV shows 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom OG. Fast forward a few years later the two are on much better terms when it comes to co-parenting their one daughter together, Leah. But looking back, Gary reveals the shocking thing he would change about his past with Amber.
"Originally, I really wanted to be with her. Now I've moved on," Gary told InTouch.
After years of constant ups-and-downs in their romance, they called it quits after 5 years together and while she was serving prison time in 2011.
Despite finally being on good terms now with Amber, he revealed the one thing he would change about their romance. "If I were to change anything about our relationship, maybe myself towards her," Gary explained. "I would have walked away a lot sooner."

After their romance ended, Gary moved on with his now wife, Kristina.
The adorable couple share one daughter together, 2-year-old Emilee.
