He's out! Amber Portwood's ex-fiancé Matt Baier started a new life in Las Vegas following their split, but it's not off to a good start! RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed the former Teen Mom OG star was evicted from his apartment after he failed paying the rent.
According to court papers obtained from Las Vegas Justice Court, Matt started to rent an apartment in early July for $1,195 per month. He provided his landlord with a security deposit of $525.
“Rental payments became delinquent on September 4, 2017 and the tenant has remained in possession without payment of rent since that date,” the complaint read. “The amount of rent claimed due and delinquent is $636.”
The former reality star was served with a five-day notice to pay rent on September 14, 2017. The court ordered his eviction on October 6, 2017. He exclusively told Radar of the eviction, "It was a joke."
As previously reported, Matt and Amber called it quits after a rocky few years together. Following the breakup, Matt packed his bags and moved to Las Vegas. Recently, he tied the knot on November 27th with his new girlfriend, Jennifer Conlon.
Money has always been an issue between Matt and Amber. She even claimed that he took around $120,000 from her within the last few years during a conversation on the show with her mom and brother. “I have no clue where it went,” she admitted. “I just realized he’s sending his daughter money that’s not even his money!”
