Before revealing the exciting baby news, Andy spent much of his speech praising his wife Brooklyn.
“You’re my partner in crime. In a life full of good fortune, being around you has been by far the luckiest part. I’m a better human for us having met 10 years ago,” Andy gushed.
Andy also credited Brooklyn with keeping him on track after he retired from tennis.
“You hear a lot of guys who find it very tough to walk away from professional sports,” Andy explained. “You’re the reason why my personal transition into a quasi-normal, everyday life has been gratifying and full.
Andy and Brooklyn wed in April 2009 and are already the proud parents to son Hank, who turns two in September.
