The divorce is getting ugly! Earlier this week, the news broke that Angelina Jolie filed for divorce of her husband of two years, Brad Pitt.

According to reports, Brad is being investigated for child abuse. It is being claimed that last Wednesday, the actor allegedly went wild after he got drunk on a private jet, then was screaming and got physical with the kids.

An anonymous source reported the incident and now it is being claimed that the Los Angeles Police Department and L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services are investigating.

Angelina reportedly listed Sept. 15, 2016 as their date of separation, the day after the alleged "physical" and "verbal" altercation between Brad and the children.

In the divorce papers, Angelina cited “irreconcilable differences" and asked for custody of their six children together, allowing Brad visitation.

However, it was reported that Brad won't allow that and would fight in court for joint custody.

Following the shocking news of the Hollywood split, Brad released a statement regarding the divorce. "I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well-being of our kids," he said. "I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time."

Meanwhile, Angelina's attorney released saying, "This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting, and asks that the family be given its privacy at this time."

Along with the child abuse reports, it is rumored that Brad was getting way too close to his co-star, Marion Cotillard. A source told Star magazine, “There is totally something going on between them." Adding, "They had insane chemistry right from the start, and many crew members believe they’ve been acting on it in private."
