Anna Duggar Baby Bump—Could The 19 Kids And Counting Star Be Pregnant With Twins?

Could it be twins? Anna Duggar showed off her growing baby bump while out on the campaign trail with her husband Josh Duggar amid rumors the 19 Kids And Counting star is pregnant with twins!

She also posted a bump photo alongside her sister-in-law, Jill Duggar, who is expecting a baby boy in March with husband Derick Dillard.

Anna and Josh first announced they were expecting their fourth child in early December.

At the time, Anna said she was “having a lot of morning sickness” but was getting through it knowing she was going to have another bundle of joy in June.

In a recent interview, the couple said they are leaving the planning of their brood to God. "It's really not about the number of children you have, but how well are you doing with the children that God has given you," Josh said. "We're really just going to take it one at a time. I don't think you can say we're going to set out and say we're going to have five kids or four or three. We have no control over that. God has the control."

But rumors are not swirling that Anna is having twins after the Duggar Family Blog teased multiple children! “In 2015, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will welcome at least two more grandchildren into their family. If Jessa and Ben Seewald make a pregnancy announcement, or if Josh and Anna Duggar find out they are having multiples, the Duggar clan could grow even more,” the blog read.
