In the world of fashion and footwear, no names mean more than Anna Wintour and Nike. Vogue announced early Thursday morning that the two will come together in order to create the ultimate sneaker. Read on for more about this exciting collaboration!
Nike is set to release Air Jordans brand sneakers that are completely inspired by the editor-in-chief herself.
In the promotional video posted on the Vogue website, Anna shoots some hoops from behind her office desk. As she signs off on each print page with her iconic “AWOK” signature, she showcases her hidden basketball talent.
The video ends with the Met Gala chairperson crossing her legs and showing off a pair of red, zippered Anna x Air Jordans sneakers of her very own.

There will be two versions: the Air Jordans 1s and the Air Jordans 3 SE. The first design will be released on July 21 and the latter will be released on September 7.
Once the sneakers drop, they will only be available at select retailers. They will be in stock at Hirshleifers, Kith, Nordstrom x Nike, North America Jumpman Doors, and on the SNKRS app.
