Never thought you'd see the day where Ariana Grande wasn't wearing a ponytail? While you might not believe us, the celebrity with the iconic 'do has, in fact, switched up her hair in the past. She even debuted a new look just today in London. The proof is in the pics, people. 

She clearly loves a half-up/half-down style. She pulled a section of her pretty locks back and fastened them at the crown of her head. 

This look makes it super noticeable that the singer has a love for layers. See those strands framing her face? No one would have ever known! 

Her ombred coloring situation is less noticeable in a ponytail, too. She should don this 'do next time she's on stage.
