The "God Is A Woman" singer posted this video earlier today of Mac laughing and trying to tell her a story. In the video, Mac can be seen wearing a black hoodie with the words, "Everything Will Be Okay" scrawled on the front. She then wrote an emotional and long adjoining caption.
The 25-year-old wrote,"i adored you from the day i met you when i was nineteen and i always will. i can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. i really can’t wrap my head around it."
She continued, "we talked about this. so many times. i’m so mad, i’m so sad i don’t know what to do. you were my dearest friend. for so long. above anything else. i’m so sorry i couldn’t fix or take your pain away. i really wanted to. the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. i hope you’re okay now. rest."
When news first broke that he had died, Ariana simply posted a single black and white pic of him with no words on her IG.
Many fans had the audacity to blame the pop star for her ex's death and eventually she had to mute comments on her social media to keep from being attacked.
