Ariana Grande Seeking Trademark For 'Thank U, Next' Bath & Body Line

Ariana Grande recently submitted an application to trademark the phrase "Thank U, Next" to be used for a plethora of different new projects. Scroll through to get all the details.

Not long after Ariana, 25, and her ex-fiancé, Pete Davidson decided to call it quits, the singer released the epic breakup ballad, "Thank U, Next" in November 2018 and it quickly became the world's go-to phrase for anything and everything.

Along with all the song's success came a music video with over 350 million views on YouTube and an album by the same name in February 2019 — marking her second record in just six months.

"Thank U, Next" also ranked number one on Billboard's 200 Chart with the biggest streaming week ever for a pop album.

All the being said, it doesn't come as a huge surprise that the artist applied to trademark the phrase on April 2. According to a report obtained by E! News, Ariana hopes to use the phrase for various products like "perfume, cologne, body lotions, bath gels, shower gels, body scrubs, body powders and body mist."

While a bath and body line may be a possibility for fans in the near future, the 25-year-old is keeping herself busy on the Sweetener World Tour for the time being. The tour started on March 18 and wraps up on October 13. Ariana will also be headlining at Coachella April 14 and 21.
