Ashlee, 31, and Evan wed in August 2014 and welcomed their daughter in July of this year!
She was previously married to rocker Pete Wenz, whom she had son, Bronx, with. They split in 2011, but continue to co-parent their son.
Ashlee posted this birthday gift from her son! How cute! "Best birthday present ever. My son Bronx framed this for me today of him and his sister Jagger Snow. I love my babies!!!" she wrote.
