The 26-year-old wants $2.995 million for the gated French Normandy-style home.
It features dark hardwood floors, pendant lights, and updated white moldings.
The house is 3,085 sq. feet, built in 1938, and includes a library, an updated kitchen featuring marble countertops, and a separate office space.

The dining room is one of the most gorgeous rooms in the house with a fireplace and coffered ceilings.
The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a private deck and a massive walk-in closet. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in total.
Outdoor seating space is offered as well and a patio wraps around a swimming pool/Jacuzzi combo.
