Way back in 2009, while the Dude Where’s My Car? star was still happily married to Demi, he and Rumer decided to go in on a house in Hollywood Hills.

The 1,800 sq ft ranch-style home features 2-bed, 4-baths and was purchased for $971,500.

Both Ashton and his new wife Mila Kunis (as the house was technically half hers as well through marriage) signed over all rights to Rumer.

He and his former That 70’s Show co-star tied the knot two years later but Mila insists that their past relationships are what lead them to each other. She explained, “The people that we were back then would never be together. But it’s just such a bummer that we missed out on 20 years together. I look back and I think, ‘We could have spent 20 years together.’”
