Audrina Patridge Awarded Full Custody Of Daughter After Shocking Split From Corey Horan
Audrina Patridge has been awarded full custody of her 15-month-old daughter, Kirra Max, following her dramatic split from her husband Corey Bohan. A judge on Friday, October 6, also granted the Hills star custody of the former couple’s dog, Lady, according to an agreement filed in Orange County court, obtained by The Blast.
While the professional BMX rider was granted visitation of their daughter, according to the documents, he will be required to pick up Kirra from a police station.
Audrina, 32, and Corey, 35, who were married for less than 10 months, were additionally ordered to register for Talking Parents, a service to assist parents with their communication and keep records of their conversations.
Although Corey agreed to leave the family’s residence, Audrina was ordered to pay him $35,000, to reimburse him for “recent improvements made on the family residence.”

The couple’s custody agreement comes just two weeks after the MTV star filed for a divorce and a restraining order against her estranged husband, following an alleged domestic violence incidence.
“She got the restraining order because she was afraid how he would retaliate when she filed for divorce,” an insider told People. “Corey has said to Audrina multiple times, ‘If you leave me, I’ll come after you.’ So she had to get some additional protection.”
