After a bitter legal battle with ex-husband Corey Bohan, The Hills star Audrina Patridge finally has a reason to celebrate. A judge has awarded her temporary primary custody of her daughter, Kirra.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the former couple are still in the process of finalizing a custody schedule and deciding on a child support amount. Until then, the reality star has sole legal and physical custody.
The two have also agreed that their stay away order will remain in place. This order requires each of them to stay 100 yards from each other.
The only time the pair is allowed to come in close contact is for “the brief and peaceful exchange of the parties’ daughter, Kirra Max Patridge Bohan.”
