Audrina Patridge’s Ex Is Seeking Spousal Support & Joint Custody Of Their Daughter

Audrina Patridge‘s soon-to-be ex-husband, Corey Bohan, is seeking spousal support and joint legal and physical custody of their one-year-old daughter Kirra Max.
The Australian BMX rider’s filing comes just two weeks after the former couple reached a custody agreement that granted Corey visitation rights three days per week, leaving full legal and physical custody to Audrina.
Corey is also asking to terminate the court’s ability to award support to Audrina, and he wants all of his legal fees to be paid by the former Hills star.
Back in September, Audrina filed for divorce from her husband of 10 months and obtained a temporary restraining order following an alleged domestic violence incidence.

“She got the restraining order because she was afraid how he would retaliate when she filed for divorce,” an insider told People. “Corey has said to Audrina multiple times, ‘If you leave me, I’ll come after you.’ So she had to get some additional protection.”
While no charges were filed against Corey, due to lack of evidence, there is still a pending domestic violence case against him.
