Audrina Patridge Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Ex-Husband Corey Bohan After Alleged Domestic Violence Attack
Audrina Patridge has been granted a temporary restraining order against estranged ex-husband Corey Bohan after he was accused of domestic violence.
According to reports, an investigation has been put into action and the 37-year-old has been ordered to stay away from Audrina, 34, and their daughter Kirra.
The Hills: New Beginnings star filed a petition on Friday, July 19, to obtain the restraining order. The BMX rider responded to the petition and a court hearing was held in Orange County, CA.
As a result of the motion, the mother of one was granted the temporary restraining order until a hearing later this month.

Corey was ordered to stay away 100 yards from Audrina and Kirra. He is not allowed to come near their home or Kirra's school and he has been denied visitation.
On July 4, police were called to Corey's home after he did not show up for their scheduled custody exchange.
Audrina told police that Corey was unresponsive to her calls or texts. Cops then ordered a welfare check to be done at his house. After conducting the search, they found Kirra with him.
The Australian athlete and the MTV star have been locked in a nasty custody battle over their daughter for almost two years.
