Audrina Patridge and her ex-husband, Corey Bohan, have had an extremely rocky relationship since the two split in September of 2017. Now with The Hills reboot on the rise, it has reignited the tension. Although Audrina gave prior consent to have their daughter, Kirra Bohan, appearing on the show, which has already started filming, Corey has slapped her with a court order saying otherwise.

EOnline.com exclusively obtained legal documents in which Corey requested, "Order restraining either party from allowing the minor child to be filed or to appear on any reality television production without the express written consent of the other parent."

The document was also adamant that Audrina should "revoke any prior consent she may have provided for the child to appear on The Hills reboot."

Corey said of the 2-year-old, "I do not believe it is in Kirra's best interests to appear on reality TV as the effects of being in the public spotlight could be extremely damaging to such a young child.”

Could Corey be upset about a potential new father figure? Audrina has been on-and-off with her former Hills boyfriend, Ryan Cabrera who she dated right before Corey.

Other children debuting on the reboot include Spencer and Heidi Pratt’s child, Gunnar Pratt, and Whitney Port and Tim Rosenman’s child, Sonny Rosenman.
