Amanda Stanton recently underwent a breast augmentation surgery, and she’s giving fans an inside look at the procedure! Via her blog, the Bachelor star answered fans’ most frequently asked questions about the process, and explained why it was the right choice for her.
After revealing she underwent the procedure in February, Amanda said a million questions from fans started rolling in, and she wanted to answer them honestly. First and foremost, Amanda assured fans this was not a “hasty decision.” She shared this before pic of herself in a blue and white bikini top.
“I went to six different consultations before I met Dr. Steven Ip,” Amanda wrote. “He made me feel the most comfortable with the procedure and answered a million of my questions without hesitation.”
Amanda said she started considering having the surgery done after breastfeeding her two daughters, Kinsley and Charlie. “Before I was pregnant, I had full Bs. Once I had Kins & Char and breastfed them both for a year, they were basically… gone,” Amanda admitted.

Amanda insisted she’s never been “super insecure” about her body and thought about the surgery “for YEARS” before committing. “I love the way that God made me,” Amanda wrote. “And I also realize the responsibility I have as a ‘public figure’ with young girls following me. I don’t want anyone to think they have to change their body to look BETTER. It’s not about that, truly.”
Although she made “this decision for myself,” Amanda said she’ll be open with her daughters about it in the future. “I will always tell them they are beautiful in every single way, but will also be mindful about being real with them and why I chose to do what I did,” Amanda explained. The mom of two showed off her new figure in this white bikini.
Despite being frightened about the surgery, Amanda said she recovered within days, and even traveled to Italy by herself just eight days later. Now, Amanda says she’s “sooo happy with my results” and “so happy that I waited until this point to get the surgery done.”
