Colton Underwood opened up about his heartbreak from former Bachelorette Becca Kufrin on the season premiere of The Bachelor but according to him, it wasn’t his worst split! He revealed that his most difficult breakup was with his ex-girlfriend Aly Raisman.
When asked about his worst breakup, Colton, 26, told The LadyGang podcast on January 15, “I wouldn’t say it on the show. I would say it was my first love Aly.”
He continued, “While it was confusing, and it was hard in the beginning, it also taught me a lot about myself, what I need, what I want, what I can do better in a relationship.”
The Bachelor admitted, “It was a big step for me. It was really tough.”
