RadarOnline.com discovered that one of Nick’s Bachelor contestants, Rachel Lindsay, was sued for allegedly causing a car wreck back in 2013.

“Defendant Lindsay negligently failed to control the speed of or stop her car,” the court papers alleged. “Defendant’s negligence caused damage to the car being driven by the plaintiff and to plaintiff’s person.”

The lawsuit ended up being dismissed with prejudice after the parties agreed to settle.
