Nick Viall is joining Bachelor nation for the fourth time, and it appears his quest for love has already hit a road bump!
RadarOnline.com discovered that one of Nick’s Bachelor contestants, Rachel Lindsay, was sued for allegedly causing a car wreck back in 2013.
“Defendant Lindsay negligently failed to control the speed of or stop her car,” the court papers alleged. “Defendant’s negligence caused damage to the car being driven by the plaintiff and to plaintiff’s person.”

The lawsuit ended up being dismissed with prejudice after the parties agreed to settle.
Lindsay has been getting buzz as she supposedly made it to Nick’s final four—let’s hope Nick and Lindsay never went on a date that required driving!
