It’s the best news the Bachelor franchise has had in weeks –- Evan Bass and Carly Waddell are married! The Bachelor In Paradise couple tied the knot where it all began, Mexico, on Saturday, June 17, with quite the romantic wedding celebration.
The couple, who met, fell in love, and became engaged on BIP’s third and possibly final season, last summer, said “I do” in front of family, friends and ABC cameras.
The newlywed’s ceremony is set to air on the network later this year, however, the couple’s nuptials were originally meant to be a part of the fourth season of BIP.

As OK! readers’ know, due to extenuating circumstances surrounding the postponement of Bachelor In Paradise production – there is an ongoing investigation due to allegations of sexual misconduct between contestants Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson – Evan and Carly’s I do’s will now assumingly air as a Bachelor wedding special.
As Evan and Carly’s love story can solely be attributed to BIP, the single dad recently wrote an open letter for The Hollywood Reporter where he begged ABC not to cancel the dating show, as there have been many rumors that the series would not return for another season due to the allegations of sexual misconduct.
