Lauren Bushnell is wasting no time moving on from her ex, Bachelor Ben Higgins. The reality star, 27, took to Instagram to confirm the news that she’s seeing real estate investor Devin Antin. Lauren shared an adorable photo of her new beau, 28, walking ahead of her as she held onto his hand. Lauren and Ben, 29, only announced their split a little over two months ago after over a year together. “It is with heavy hearts that we announce our decision to go our separate ways,” they told People magazine at the time. Before posting the photo of Devin, Lauren shared this telling quote: “You can’t always wait for the perfect time. Sometimes, you have to dare to do it because life is too short to wonder what could have been.”
Lauren followed up the quote with this photo of her and Devin! “Ok cutie,” she captioned the sweet pic.
A source confirmed to E! News that Lauren and Devin “are dating exclusively,” adding, “It happened fast.”

“They met two years ago when Lauren was living in Marina Del Rey before The Bachelor, and became friends,” another source told People magazine. “They reconnected as friends when she moved back to Los Angeles, and then a relationship developed from there.”
As for Ben, he said on his iHeartRadio show Almost Famous that he isn’t looking for a new relationship just yet. “I am forcing myself to get to know myself better, to find myself a bit,” he shared.
