We can expect to see a group of 26 hunks competing for JoJo Fletcher’s heart on The Bachelorette but looks can be deceiving!

According to court documents obtained by Radar, Bachelorette contestant Alexander Woytkiw was charged for loitering and prowling!

Woytkiw was arrested on March 21, 2011 in Florida after police received a suspicious complaint at 2:04am.

A security officer John Schrader of sorority house Chi Omega saw “two males crouched in the bushes on the north east corner of the house.”

When the officer approached the men and asked them what they were doing, the explained they were “messing with a friend.” Upon following order to leave the premises, Schrader found a hammer on the suspects and called the Florida State University Police Department.

“Woytkiw admitted going to Chi Omega with the intent of taking the sorority letters off of the house,” the report read. “Woytkiw stated he saw the security officer come around the corner and hid in the bushes up until the point that he confronted them.”
