“Work up a sweat.” JoJo told Us that growing up she was very active in sports. To keep up with her athleticism, she now does a lot of cardio, including the StarMaster and spin classes! She also dished her secret on her toned arms— lightweights! (Between 10-12 lbs.)

“Get outside.” Just like every person, JoJo doesn’t always go to the gym but she will run with her dog, which is just as good!

“Indulge occasionally.” While the Dallas sweetheart said she does eat healthy, she also admitted to having a cheat day! Her favorites? Mexican food and truffle mac ‘n’ cheese!

“Steer clear of booze!” The the 26-year-old revealed she didn’t drink much on The Bachelor, which definitely helped her maintain her amazing figure!
