When Behati Prinsloo isn’t ruling the runway or hanging out with her hubby Adam Levine, the Victoria’s Secret model is working out to maintain her fit figure!
With Thanksgiving favorites like turkey and stuffing making everyone worried about their waistline, Behati is exclusively dishing fitness secrets that keep her runway ready to OK! Magazine.
Although Behati always rocks a trim and tone body, she increases her workout a month before a fashion show. “When it’s a month away, I try to do something active every day and focus on nutrition,” she said. “Right now, I’m trying to eliminate bread — that’s always my big problem!”

Working out doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the gym! Behati suggests toning your figure by taking fitness classes. “Some girls do boxing, others do Zumba; it’s really about what works for your body,” she explained.

Since tying the knot with the Maroon 5 singer in July, the duo has been inseparable! So it’s no surprise that Behati turns to her yogi husband for workout help and support. “He motivates me a lot, and it’s great to have him around before the show,” Behati dished. “We’re both pretty active, so it makes our relationship a lot of fun."
