The model has made numerous appearances in the city over the past week, each one more scandalous than the last! First, Bella accidentally flashed her crotch (it’s not the first time either) while on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet. She then showed off her chest in a sheer white top. Actually, white seems to be Bella’s favorite color of the moment — she also wore a white lace bikini while on a yacht near the French city.
