She revealed the news on January 8, a week after ringing in the new year and spending the holidays with her beau, The Weeknd.
The 22-year-old gave an update on how she's doing by sharing an old video of her smoking a Juul. "2019 resolution- quit juuling! So far so good," she wrote.
The Victoria's Secret Angel, who has battled Lyme disease, recently revealed she's been focusing on her health.
When filming Vogue's 73 Questions series, she was asked what she considered her biggest career success. "Probably my health and mental state right now," she answered.
