Comeback! Bella Hadid Makes BOMBSHELL Confession About Initially Being Turned Away From The Victoria's Secret Runway

Fashion reject to runway killa! Bella Hadid may have been the break out star of the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show but it took some hard work to get there!

In an interview with Paper magazine the 20-year-old model revealed that before making her Victoria's Secret runway debut this month she first tried out for the 2015 VS Fashion Show but was not chosen.

"I was really surprised, but definitely excited. I tried last year to be cast in the show but I think everything happens for a reason," Bella told the mag.

While Bella didn’t make the 2015 VS show cut her older sister, Gigi Hadid, did.

However, there’s no bad blood between the siblings, as Gigi couldn’t contain her excitement when she spoke about Bella joining her on the Victoria’s Secret runway.

“This year, my little sister joined me,” Gigi gushed to Entertainment Tonight. “I'm going to cry, sorry. I am so proud of Bella for getting this show because she worked so hard. And for us to be able to do it together, and be the first sisters in the show, we're really, really honored.”
