Bella Thorne is starting to raise eyebrows with her strange behavior.

The 19-year-old actress was spotted dancing the night away February 1st in Studio City, Calif.

But that was not the disturbing part.

The former well-behaved Disney star appeared out of sorts, and had a substance smeared over her troubled skin.

She also was not wearing a shirt.

She was red faced as she swayed to the music.

She appeared out of control as she exited the party with a rowdy group of pals.
