Bella Thorne sure keeps it unique when it comes to her choice of fashion, doesn’t she? This week, she stepped out resembling Freddie Kruger (and we mean that in the best way possible) with wild neon hair, a black top hair, sweatpants, and a striped sweater.
She and a mystery gal pal ended to a Cuban restaurant in Encino, California, and no, she did not exit with Scott Disick on her arm.
The two have quite a bizarre relationship, as we’ve chronicled on OK! Just days after Bella slammed the party animal for his out-of-control drinking in Cannes, they were spotted interlocking arms during a fun night out in Los Angeles.

At the time, she said she wasn’t enjoying herself in France and doesn’t drink, so being around the 34-year-old wasn’t as great as she hoped. But she could have fooled us.
Maybe this is why Scott can’t get his act together – all the ladies he gets with eventually come back! Even his longest partner, Kourtney Kardashian, did the run around with him for over nine years before finally letting him go.
