Caroline Bedol is trying to figure out how she failed to know a warrant was out for her arrest! The Below Deck star only found out about the warrant after RadarOnline.com reported the news. Keep reading for all of the details.
“I tried to run a warrant search and for some reason I can’t find it on the database,” Caroline told People. “I don’t exactly know what’s going on with that. I need to figure that out because it’s a matter of paying my fine.”
On Oct. 31, Radar reported that an arrest warrant was issued after Caroline failed to attend two mandatory court dates in September and October related to her pit bull Rico. The Bravo star’s pet attacked another dog in May when Caroline let him off his leash in her unfenced yard.
When a neighbor walked by with his Australian shepherd, Rico ran at the dog. “He attacked the dog, don’t get me wrong, but it was like an attack from your four year old who runs up to you and just jumps on you,” Caroline told People. “He pounced. My neighbor reacted by kicking him.”

Caroline said she didn’t intentionally miss the court dates. “I’ve honestly been in such a depressive fog that my mind's just not in the game. I missed my court date. Did I skip town? No. I’m just not focused right now,” she admitted.
Regardless of the case against her dog, Caroline insist he is not “vicious,” as the police report obtained by Radar suggests. “It wasn’t aggressive. There was dominance, but I think it was fear-related — he’s not aggressive,” she told People.
Caroline plans on settling the case by paying the estimated $160 fine and being “extremely cautious” in the future.
