Below Deck Mediterranean has much more to come from season 4. A midseason trailer obtained by People shows a terrifying onboard accident that sends one crew member to the hospital, a few hot hookups, a firing, and a surprise return from a former cast member.
Crew members Jack Stirrup and Aesha Scott's romance appears to get even more serious as the season goes on. One scene captures them in a full-on makeout session during a night out.
Deckhand Colin Macy-O’Toole has a scary accident while lowering the anchor that requires medical attention. "Do you feel like you broke it?" Captian Sandy Yawn asks him while inspecting his wrist. "I'm going to send you to the hospital," she tells him.
Later on, Captain Sandy makes the difficult decision to fire a member of the crew. "Your position is redundant. I have to let you go," she says.

It's unclear which cast member gets fired, but the clip features reaction shots from June Foster, chef Anastasia Surmava, Colin and Travis Michalzik.
Travis is confronted about his drinking by Captain Sandy as a montage of clips of him drunkenly falling roll. "Here’s what I’m really upset about: your abuse of alcohol," she tells him.
Although his identity is kept a mystery, Bravo fans will recognize former chef Ben Robinson's voice as he presumably returns to the boat to salvage the dining experience. "Hello lovelies," a male voice can be heard saying.
