It appears Jennifer Garner is less than bothered about Ben Affleck's latest mishap. The actor caused an uproar when he tweeted a message in support of those coming out about Harvey Weinstein allegedly raping and groping actresses in Hollywood for decades. But in a matter of hours, he also faced backlash, after footage of him groping actress Hilarie Burton on MTV's TRL in 2001 resurfaced and she commented about it. He later apologized, tweeting, "I acted inappropriately toward Ms. Burton and I sincerely apologize.”
Just a day later, he reunited with Jennifer as they took their daughters Violet and Seraphina out for ice cream at Rori’s in Santa Monica.
Ben, 45, made sure to hug and kiss his estranged wife on the head, though she didn’t look thrilled about the PDA. The kids were pretty happy to have a treat however!
A source told E! that while she may be putting on a brave face, Jennifer, 45, "is very annoyed because it just means more attention on her and the kids as a result of Ben's actions.”

"She tries to shield them from any and all publicity and scrutiny. She's taking her kids to school and to all of their activities. As far as they know nothing has changed and all is well. That is always her goal but she's been pretty frustrated with him."
As reported, Harvey, 65, allegedly sexually assaulted women for years, and his wife, Georgina Chapman, told People this week she is leaving him after being married for a decade. “My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions. I have chosen to leave my husband. Caring for my young children is my first priority and I ask the media for privacy at this time,” she told People.
